Administrative Assistants
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, managing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and maintaining office records and filing systems. This role involves preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed, assisting in organizing company events and activities, handling incoming inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and supporting other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience in office administration or related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Project Coordinators
The Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities to ensure timelines are met, serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, and organize and attend project meetings, documenting minutes and follow-ups. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation and tracking project progress, assisting in developing project schedules and budgets, monitoring project expenses and resource allocation, resolving project issues and conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completion of a college diploma in project management or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Interior Design Technologists
The Interior Design Technologist will translate conceptual design ideas into detailed technical plans, create and modify 3D models and VR/AR environments, and stay updated on the latest design trends and materials. This position requires working closely with VR/AR Design Specialists to integrate designs, conducting site assessments and feasibility analyses, assisting in preparing project proposals and budgets, ensuring designs meet client specifications and standards, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma or degree in interior design or a related field.
- Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, and VR/AR technologies.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles.
- Proficiency in relevant design software.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and good teamwork skills.
VR/AR Design Specialists
The VR/AR Design Specialist will develop and create VR and AR experiences for interior design projects, collaborate with interior designers to translate concepts into virtual models, and ensure accurate rendering of virtual models. The role involves providing technical expertise in VR/AR development tools, conducting quality assurance on VR/AR content, staying updated with advancements in VR/AR technologies, assisting in client presentations and demonstrations, and maintaining a high standard of visual and functional quality in all projects.
Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma or degree in a related field such as computer science, digital media, or interior design.
- Proficiency in VR/AR development tools and software.
- Strong technical skills in creating immersive experiences.
